In close collaboration with the team at Lattice, Rose Design provided full-service design to help tell the company’s story — its values, brand and culture — into an executable design plan. The values lounges, fully decked out with curated artwork, decor, rugs, throw pillows, is just one of the key design tactics Rose Design used to bring physical reminders of culture into the overall brand experience. Rose Design also worked with the team to add privacy frosting to the conference room windows at Lattice’s HQ for functional, branded design.
